Restarting CoreAudiod

To solve audio issues related to CoreAudio, restarting the CoreAudiod process is recommended. Here are the steps:

Terminal Method

1. Open the Terminal app.
2. Enter the following command: sudo killall coreaudiod

Activity Monitor Method

1. Launch Activity Monitor.
2. Search for "coreaudiod" in the search bar.
3. Select the CoreAudiod process and click the X button in the toolbar.

Additional Tips

* Ensure that the sound is not muted. * Check if the /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.audio.coreaudiod.plist folder exists.
